- S&B is committed to and works toward providing excellent customer service. S&B purchases may be returned for credit
- Office Supplies: 30 days
- Technology*: 15 Days, must be unopened
- Furniture*: 14 Days, to be returned must be disassembled and safe for shipping. Custom-ordered and custom-assembled furniture is only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.
- Ink & Toner*: 15 days, Unopened, unexpired items may be returned for credit. Opened or expired items cannot be refunded.
- Custom Items are NOT RETURNABLE - All (non-defective) custom ordered products which include customized printed materials, signs, stamps, seals, factory ordered custom furniture and ad specialty items are not returnable under any circumstances or conditions.
- Items ordered in bulk: are not returnable. For example, a truck load of paper.
- COVID-19 RETURNS - Due to the COVID-19 virus a few items will not be returnable. This is for the safety of all the customers we deliver to and our employees. For example but not limited to, Hand Sanitizer/Dispensers, Soaps/Dispensers, Facial Masks, Gloves, Gowns, Face Shields, Thermometers, and Personal Protective Equipment
